Low season: May 1 – Nov 11
Mid-season:Nov 12 – Dec 16
Holiday season: Dec 17, 2011 – Jan 8, 2012
During the Holiday season, there is a minimum stay of one week; total 3 bedroom house only.
High season: Jan 9 – April 30
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Minimum age: Renters must be at least 25 years old to rent this house.

You can reserve Casa Uvero with a deposit of 50% of the total rent.
Holiday Season: If you are making a reservation for the Holiday Season, December 20th - January 5th, 100% prepayment and the security deposit are required 60 days before arrival.
There are multiple ways to make payments for your reservation for Casa Uvero. The 50% deposit, the security deposit, or the total amount can be paid using either of the following methods:
- Mail a check to our US address. We will give you the address and put a temporary hold on the house. We will hold the reservation for 7 days awaiting the arrival of your check.
- Pay in the US by telephone or fax with either VISA or MasterCard. We will give you the contact information and hold the reservation for 3 days, awaiting your credit card payment.
- Wire transfer to our US account. We will give you wire instructions and hold the reservation for 5 days, awaiting the deposit confirmation.
The remaining 50% and the security deposit may be paid by any of the above methods at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. The remaining 50% may also be paid in cash in US dollars, or pesos for the equivalent amount, immediately on arrival at Casa Uvero. We cannot accept credit cards, Paypal payments, or checks in Mexico for any of these payments.
There is a security deposit of $150 required for booking Casa Uvero. The deposit refund check will be refunded within 15 days of the check out date if no damages are assessed.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your reservation with the following limits:
- Up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, receive 100% less $100 booking fee.
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival date, receive 75% less $100 booking fee.
- No refund is available within 30 days of your arrival date.
Holiday policy: Up to 60 days prior to holidays, receive 50% refund. No refund is available within 60 days of your arrival date. Holiday Season is December 20th - January 5th.
We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance to protect any of your vacation deposits against most unforeseen circumstances. Casa Uvero and its associates are not responsible for, or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our control.
